Our Middletown office is located in the Heartland Town Square development, just minutes from Route 1 and Route 299. Whether you’re driving from Wilmington, Dover, or nearby Maryland, getting to us is simple and straightforward.

đźš— From the North (Wilmington / Newark)

  • Take DE-1 South toward Dover.

  • Exit at Route 299 West toward Middletown.

  • Continue about 2.5 miles on Route 299.

  • Turn left onto Sandhill Drive.

  • Look for the Heartland Town Square development.

  • Suite 103 is on the right side of the building at 118 Sandhill Drive.

đźš— From the South (Dover / Smyrna)

  • Take DE-1 North toward Wilmington.

  • Exit at Route 299 West toward Middletown.

  • Continue for approximately 2.5 miles.

  • Turn left onto Sandhill Drive.

  • We are located in the Heartland Town Square at Suite 103.

đźš— From the West (Chesapeake City / Maryland Line)

  • Take Route 301 North into Delaware.

  • Exit at Route 299 East toward Middletown.

  • Turn right onto Sandhill Drive after about 1.5 miles.

  • Enter the Heartland Town Square complex and find us at Suite 103.

đźš— From the East (Odessa / Port Penn)

  • Travel Route 299 West into Middletown.

  • Continue straight past the Route 1 overpass.

  • Turn left onto Sandhill Drive.

  • We’re in the Heartland Town Square complex, Suite 103.

Plenty of free parking is available right outside our office building. No need to worry about meters or garages.
