MEET YOUR HOST
Kiesten DeFluri
Medicare Specialist
With the tools and knowledge she obtained from the Dan White Team, in 2020 she decided to join Mutual of Omaha to establish her own business as an Independent Agent. She wanted to get a better understanding of the financial planning industry, outside of the retirement world. She proceeded to earn her first award within three months of being with the company and has held her Honors Club ranking for the past two years. In 2022, we realized how we lost one of our biggest assets, and we called her back home to be our Medicare Specialist. Since re-joining the Dan White Team, we have received amazing feedback from our clients, and they thoroughly enjoy meeting with her. She has also came to the decision that Retirement Planning is in her blood and where she would like to nestle her career.
Kiersten has a very accomplished upbringing. She was born in Long Island, NY where she discovered her passion for gymnastics. As you will see today, she puts her all into everything she does which allowed her to receive the State Champion title two years in a row. Once she moved to PA, her next big milestone was receiving her High School diploma from Avon Grove School District at the age of 16. Shortly after, she decided to attend West Chester University where she graduated with a degree in Professional Studies with two minors in Mathematics and Elementary Education.
Kiersten currently resides in Phoenixville, PA with her husband Joey and their cats Artimus (“Arty”) and Poseidon. She is a middle child and has a younger brother (Erik) and an older sister (Emily). Family is extremely important to her, and you can find her boating with them on the weekends.
