Lauren Forland joined the team at Dan White & Associates as the Operations and Communications Manager in October 2023. In this role, Lauren plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations, communications, and marketing initiatives of the firm, ensuring that each of our locations continues to deliver an exceptional and consistent retirement planning experience to every client. Her leadership helps streamline processes, enhance team collaboration, and uphold the high standard of service our firm is known for.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from the University of Delaware, class of 2008. She brings with her more than 18 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, where she honed her skills in customer service, operations, and team leadership. Her extensive background in hotels has instilled a deep commitment to excellence and personalized care—qualities she’s has been brought into the world of retirement planning.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Lauren now lives in Middletown, Delaware with her husband, Adam, daughter, Zoey, stepson, Christian, and their beloved Cavapoo puppy, Obi. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, crafting, and refinishing furniture to give old pieces new life. Her creativity and attention to detail extend beyond the office, making her a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.
