Franklin T. Varone joined Daniel A. White & Associates, LLC in 2019, bringing with him more than five decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Over the course of his remarkable career, which began in 1967, Frank built a reputation for integrity, dedication, and genuine care for the people he served. As a Nationwide Insurance Captive Agent for 42 years, he specialized in financial products and was deeply committed to helping his clients navigate the often complex world of income planning, growth strategies, and asset protection. He firmly believed that people spend a lifetime building their assets, and that protecting those assets is one of the most important steps in achieving a secure and meaningful retirement.

Frank’s commitment to excellence was reflected in his professional accomplishments. He held two prestigious designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr: the CLU® Chartered Life Underwriter and the ChFC® Chartered Financial Consultant. He also earned NAIFA’s LUTCF® Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow certification. Frank was a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), widely recognized as the premier association of financial professionals, an honor that speaks to both his expertise and the trust he earned from his clients over the years.

Beyond his professional life, Frank was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Originally from Reading, he made his home in Wilmington, Delaware, with his beloved wife, Connie. He took great pride in his Italian heritage and was an active member for over 15 years of the Societa Da Vinci, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to celebrating and preserving Italian culture through education, service, and community engagement.

Frank and Connie shared a love of travel and created lasting memories together while visiting 17 countries. Above all, Frank cherished time with his family. He is lovingly remembered by his three adult children and six grandchildren, whose lives reflect the values, strength, and generosity he carried with him every day.
